When reducing the entire volume of the measuring circuit of a wet dispersion unit so less sample material is needed – which is especially desirable with precious sample material. Additionally is the utilization of liquids clearly reduced and is extremely important for the use of organic solvents.
For this purpose the ANALYSETTE 22 Small Volume Dispersion Unit is available, which can be optionally utilised with our Wet Dispersion Unit (22.8500.00) or as the only dispersion unit in combination with the MicroTec plus Measuring Unit (22.8400.00).
Wet, suspension volume approximately 100 ml.

Manual operation of the pump via a control dial on the dispersion unit. SOPs in the MaS control software contain the corresponding prompts for the measurement of defined samples and ensure the reproducibility of the measurement. Manual filling, emptying and cleaning.

Materials used in the sample circulation: stainless steel, PTFE, glass, FFPM (Kalrez®) and Norprene®. The use of all common solvents is possible.
Small Volume Wet Dispersion Unit complete with measuring cell cartridge, mount for measuring cell cartridge and all necessary hoses.
In order to use the FRITSCH Small Volume Wet Dispersion Unit, you will need the ANALYSETTE 22 MicroTec plus Measuring Unit (Order No. 22.8400.00).
